Last week we were contacted by Lisa Wells, the Director Of Public Relations for HMX, LLC, the corporate parent of Hart Schaffner Marx, Hickey Freeman, and several other clothing brands. Lisa and her team have been charged with the task of organizing and digitizing the Hart Schaffner Marx and Hickey Freeman archives. After seeing some of the images on our blog she suggested we stop in and see their collection. Wow! It was incredible to see the thousands of ads, brochures, original prints, etc. from these iconic brands. My thanks to Lisa for the invitation and permitting us to take some photos to share. We took so many photos that we've decided to make this a mini-series of images. Up first is a fall 1922 Hart Schaffner Marx catalog.
