I've been following you for some time, and I appreciate the pictures. However, while bow ties are a bit more "dandy" than a straight tie, it seems like most of the dandy pictures on the blog are bow ties. I'm very happy to see straight ties here!
Oh. Steven you've exposed our bias for bow ties. It's not that we don't like straight ties. Some of our best friends wear straight ties. But you're right. We should open our minds and be more receptive to straight ties.
Steven, why don't you send us your best dandy photo with a straight tie for the blog.

Probably too late for anyone to read, but could somebody tell me more about the shoes on the the second picture (with the grey pants and blue socks)?
I am in love with these shoes and could not find them anywhere online.
