A Dandy Souvenir From Paris

One of three French birthday postcards we purchased at the Paris flea market.  Can anyone translate?

A bit literal, but this is the idea :

If there is a treasure, my dear,
That my heart is jealous of,
It's the sincere friendship
of a friend like you

A more liberal translation to preserve the rhyme:

"If there is a treasure, dear,
Of which my heart has envy,
It’s that which is fine and sincere
Of a friend like you—your amity."
