Unfortunately, while your selection of fabrics for the ascots is very nice, they're still the modern pleated ascot pattern that, in my view, is much messier and less elegant than other styles. It would be very nice if you were to sell ascots along the lines of late-19th-century styles (e.g., squared 3" wide ends and a flat 7/8" neckband, possibly with interfacing, as described in Cunnington's Handbook of English Costume in the 19th Century).
